How do I search for a business or listing?

To search for a business or listing in the directory you may either use the search fields on the home page or if you prefer a more advanced search you may click on the menu link labeled Advanced Search. 
What is a featured listing?

Featured listings are businesses or listing owners who have paid to have their listing promoted in the featured listing sidebox.  
What is a top listing?

A top listing is businesses or listings which have the highest amount of page views.  
What do the numbers mean that appear next to the categories?

These number show show how many subcategories and listings are in the category subcategory or subsubcategory.  
How can I access my document gallery?

If you own a listing in which one of the features is the document gallery you must login to your account select a listing you want to edit the documents for and then click the Documents Gallery button.  
How do I know how many documents I have left to submit?

Once you are in your user area and in the documents gallery area you will see the number of documents left at the top of the page.  
How can I upload a logo or banner to my listing?

Once you are logged into your user area click the listing you want to add a logo to. Then click the Change button. At the bottom of the form you will see the form to select an image.  
What types of documents can I submit?

We support the submission of DOC and PDF files.  
I received an error when uploading an image to the image gallery, what is wrong?

An error can occur because the image is in the wrong format the file size is too big or the dimensions of the picture is too big. Please make sure your picture meets the image gallery requirements.  
I wish to cancel my user account and all listings. What do I do?

Please submit an email to our support team and we will remove your account.  
How can I change my account information?

Login to your user area and click the Change Information button.  
How can I submit a listing?

You may submit a listing by clicking the registration or submit listing link in the menu. This will bring up a form for you to submit a listing. 
Why did my listing not show up in the directory after submitting it?

All listings must be approved by the directory admin before they are displayed in the directory. If you feel this is not the case please contact support.  
How can I view the memberships you offer?

You may view the different types of memberships from the membership comparison chart by clicking on the compare link in the menu.  
How do I pay for a listing?

Once you submit a listing or whenever you wish to upgrade your listing you will be able to click on a series of upgrade buttons to pay for your listing.
